A superb antique brass and blacked iron, neo-classical style fire basket with matching fender 

The engraved apron with finely pierced ‘patera and bellflower swags’, this same motif is repeated on the bow shaped fender. 

The tapering and fluted front supports carry large urn finials with drop handles flame top. 

The cast-iron arched back with swags of bellflowers and ribbon bows.

Its rare to find a fire basket this good and with a matching fender.
