An antique French Louis XVI style Carrara marble mantlepiece
The moulded shelf sits above a recessed panelled frieze with centre rosette, this is flanked by acanthus paterae end-blocks, which in turn rest above scrolled and fluted console jambs.
Made from a softy veined Carrara marble and in great condition.
