Antique carved white statuary marble fireplace of attractive design and fine quality

The fireplace features beautifully carved corbels set on canted jambs, scrolled and carved with floral detail at the bottom. The deep shelf is serpentine shaped and has moulded edges.

Made in London during the 1840’s.
